Worst service I've dealt with in a while.
They do not reply to your offer. They do not specify which points are missing to complete your order. They do not update the order status. Customer service is zero.
Note that if you are a new member, all the orders will require you to answer 5 manual questions, and if your answers do not go exactly as the website would favor, you will not get a reply from the website, and your order will remain on "WAITING" status.
Highly not recommended if you are exchanging from PayPal to any other currency. I had to make 2 orders and eventually cancel both of them for not getting any reply.
It's been 24 hours and still no reply from them.
Disappointing.
