Really bad exchanger and not really trust worthy.
Since it received the payment request and confirm to pay. Then it must and in any case it couldnot pay then it must refund fullyand without deducting charge of cancellation since the costumer is not asking to cancel the transaction. Accidentally, if the exchanger could not make the payment then it must refund fully and cannot deduct the charge of cancellation.

Same happened to me I made an payment request and the exchanger accepted. So, after accepting it the exchange must either complete the payment request or refund the full amount to the costumer. But the exchanger is not ready to refund it want to deduct 10% or of minimum of 5USD which is reason less.

It is really an bad exchanger, Waste of time only and not really trust worthy.

Got the amount as shown with not so much fees after all. Was pretty fast (about 3 hours only) although it could take up to 24 hours.
Very pleased with the messages and emails received to inform of my transaction and its details.
One small problem was that I did not receive the text to my mobile number the 2 times I tried. However, that is not required.
