I used MagnatuS for the first time and after a good and deep investigation to verify my credentials they accepted my transfer from Paypal to Perfect Money account, but i had to agree with there rules ( 7 days delay on a transfer ) . Although I was afraid at first, they answered all my doubts, the service was fast and secure, I hope they always continue like this. I am completely satisfied with the results.

I want to begin by stating that my experience was very regrettable. if not that i desperately wanted this PM i would have called it off:
1. You requested every proof of my genuine earning which i provided.
2. Asked for a photo of myself with my ID,(quite humiliating) i still gave it.
3. I was given a name Andrey Konotilin to pay $110 in Paypal which i did(my card is denominated in USD$). Then the rules were changed in the middle of the process-You changed the promised PMUS$92.51 for PaypalUS$110 to $84(another fraud of $8.51). I kept quiet because i was desperate and i knew i would write review later! The last time i had a business deal with another Andrey Anatoly(similar) i was defrauded of my money- i was very uncomfortable when i saw Andrey Konotilin(i think they like fraud).
Finally, after the long delay of about a week, i got the twice discounted PM but i have learned my lessons NEVER to deal in any business with any similar names---Because they change the rules during the game, and always have the intention to defraud,cheat or scam you of your money!!!
UNLESS I am refunded my extra US$8.51!!!
