I sent 20$ to their perfectmoney account, after I received 19.39$.
But they sent skrill is not used for other user, Because they while used deposited at skrill, they used Mastercard with Skrill deposit.
Skrill not allowed sent other user and any site deposit with Mastercard deposited Skrill money. I contact to fenix live chat, They didn't reslove my problem. I am very disappointed now.

It is really fast and reliable and exchange rates are not high at all. I got exchanged with 18 PM usd to skrill 17.46. These days transaction min amount is too high and i want to make exchange with low amount. Thanks alot to fenix-pay.com

I would like to report a refreshingly positive experience in the money transfer world - something that often times does not end in the clients favor.
