I exchanged BTC for fiat on March 2, 2024, at 15:18, using Digi Changer. I transferred the BTC from my wallet on March 1, 2024, at 15:19:31 (https://prnt.sc/wY69y6j3AVE8). I didn't receive the transaction and contacted support, who informed me the payment was on hold due to AML policies. They requested proof of BTC origin, which I provided, showing a purchase from another exchange, 7Money also listed on Bestchange. This was the only incoming transaction on my wallet since September 23, 2021.
Digi Changer's support then demanded excessive information and documentation, including transaction details, personal documents, and my selfie with dates, which I found absurd ( as how is this supposed to help determine the origin of the btc?), but anyhow, I provided all of that. After submitting all requested information, they ceased communication, both on their site's chat and private Telegram. It's been two days since the BTC transfer without any response. I also suggested that Digi Changer simply return the BTC to my wallet, to which they have not responded, making the situation appear to be a scam.

Support only started responding after I opened a claim here. On the positive side, they agreed to return the BTC. On the negative side, they were unable to send it back due to "the exchange rejected it because of the high risk associated with your wallet" ([https://prnt.sc/qh7JKqGnO4MW](https://prnt.sc/qh7JKqGnO4MW)). Considering they are "the exchange," it can be concluded that this was just another excuse. Therefore, I decided not to prolong the issue and asked them to transfer the equivalent in UAH, at the rate listed on their website, which in UAH equals 14,352. However, they transferred it at a completely different rate, justifying it by saying the rate was different a few days ago = 13,140 UAH.
I emphasize that I had not planned to deal with this exchange, so I asked for my BTC back, which they failed to do, starting to make up excuses. If they had returned the BTC, I could have exchanged it with a +10% difference at any exchange. The story about them fixing the rate at the moment of creating the application is nonsense because I demanded either a return of BTC or its equivalent in cash for today (which is recorded in support), and I did not agree to a return in cash with a -10% difference.
