Great TRC20 exchange rate and prompt exchange speed.

They froze the transaction, although after them through other exchangers everything came without problems within 5-15 minutes. I sent from the same exchange addresses everything is fine, but then some kind of blocking worked and they asked for documents. I sent everything. It seems that money is checked on the exchanges anyway. Not from some unknown address. I'm waiting 7 days of course. But it's strange, everywhere everything flies normally without problems, and the amount is not big.

I was sent a screenshot of a payment of funds to my bank account, but the payment didn’t arrive for over 24 hours for 600usdt. I was asked to send screen recording of my bank account which I did even though I didn’t like the idea of exposing so much to this exchanger. This is my very first time using this service and I regret using them. Please pay my money or refund my crypto. It is as simple as that.

I've been waiting for more than 12 hours, but the funds have not arrived, which is a bit of a long process and they don't even tell me the approximate processing time for the payment.

I changed 500 USDT to UAH with no issues. I received the money 43 minutes after my transfer was confirmed by the network. It was a little bit long, but they have a good exchange rate! Overall, it was a good experience.

For now, the worse experience on this platform. My sending was frozen as they said, without giving any explanation for this — all my ransactions before here were successful. The English speaking support is not polite at all, the Russian speaking one was very nice and explained me everything. After 7 days of waiting I still did not get my money back as they mentioned before. I needed to write them again. No answer, but I got my money back at least. Don't recommend it, still wonder why they are on bestExchange with all these reviews.

I completed two transactions on the platform, one for a smaller test sum and one for a larger balance — both cleared and arrived on my account. Overall I like the quality of the service, first tx was a bit slower (7h wait), second was quicker (2h wait). The wait time is a bit of an inconvenience, but I wouldn’t say it is the flaw of the service, rather the hurdles through out the route itself, and at the end the funds arrived (exactly as stated).

Good morning! right now i made an operation of sending my usdt to the requested address to exchange into us dollar and get it on my bank account. The money was sent at 9:39 (berlin time). Before sending, there was no request to verify myself, only the standard requests like telephone number and email. The status of the tranfer is "completed". The service did not change the status on the page, but blocked my transfer and ask to prove a lot of private information after the money was sent. All the opereation which i had the last 4 years asked for verification before sending. It looks like a *** what i wrote them about. Looking forward for explaining the blocking and asking the private informations and photos.

Created an order 29 Nov 2024, 20:01, a day has passed and the money has not arrived to the account, although the status has changed to completed. contacted the exchanger support, they told me that the problem was on the bank's side, I requested a receipt and the time when they made the transaction. according to the support, they sent me the money at 23:40. bank support could not resolve the issue and rescheduled the conversation for Monday, when the employee will be at work. as a result, due to the prompt work of the exchanger, I am left without funds, and am forced to wait for the weekend to resolve this issue with the bank.. and all I was waiting for a quick deal with the exchanger, I have not encountered this before and other services closed orders within an hour. I will not work with this service anymore and I cannot recommend it either.

I recently transferred $2,000 through this exchange. At first, they wouldn't confirm the transaction, even though I sent them the hash. After chatting for a while, I received an email saying that your order had been deleted. Then, after chatting for a while, they said that they had received your money, but it was locked and you had to send proof of the source of the money and your identity. After sending the proof, they said that it would take 7 days to respond. Be careful.

It's not the first time, I always use it.
