It is not resolved and there are othe people having same issues, Bestchange admins pls take care of an unresponsible exchange!

There is a comment from their client from march 10th, that means they knew about that issue but keep getting new orders, are active on your platform. Why do you allow that?

Why do you turn the claim resolved every time, until I get my money back the claim has to stay active! Issue is not resolved.

The thing that you changed the provider is false there is a comment from a client a day before I’ve made an exchange, and you did nothing to avoid me getting in this trap!

I will only let this claim to be solved in case I get my money back, as far as I know that’s how the rules here work.

They fckng need an extra week and that is not their decission. Bestchange admins how long will this last? Pls force them to refund me from the reserves they mentioned on your website (or is it fake?) and deal with their tech problems themselves. I was ready for few hours but not fucking two weeks. Firstly do not press claim solved, it will be active untill i get my money.
Secondly, the exchange was made 11th so i dont give a *** why do i need to wait weeks for my money, and why you only started doing smth on 14th.
Refund my money from the reserve now!

Now its getting worse, theyve deleted my messages and edited their messages to make it look like they are good and probably to fool Bestchange admins.

Refund asap! There is no place for the exchange like that on this platform. All the proofs including the screenshots were send to Bestchange support.

We kindly want to clarify that we didn't delete any messages from the customer's side or edit any of our own messages. We can show you screenshots of our conversation with the customer to prove it. The messages haven't been edited because there's no "edited" label on them. Also, the customer shared part of the conversation publicly, and we didn't change anything in it; it's all the same.

We're asking the customer not to mislead BestChange administration or other customers.
