This exchange has about 11000-12000 dollars worth of crypto that belongs to me in limbo.
At this point, I cannot recommend this crypto exchange as it's been very difficult to deal with and get my funds.
I am currently evaluating legal options given the entity is in the Netherlands.
Extremely frustrating!

First they told me there were some issues and now there is a big difference in exchange rate so they can only complete on live rate. Even for that they kept me waiting for 3-days and keep telling me there are some technical issues.
To me, those technical issues were only related to their desired rate to gain the benefit and even if they deny this, they can't justify the 3-days wait for the exchange.

After 24 hours this was the first response from your side;

Also, you can always use a fixed rate flow for your exchanges in case if you want to receive the exact expected amount.

12 hours have passed and no one has transferred the money. Then the error "The transaction was not completed.". I don't know what's wrong with my money. In support, they answer about eternal problems on their part and ask not to worry. Approximately $ 4,000 I apparently lost. Never exchange money here! My two exchanges just stopped in place.
First support asked to wait 2 hours, then they asked for another 8 hours, and then ANOTHER 15 HOURS!
This is more like a scam than a good trust exchange.

Another "stuck exchange". BUT, once completed, over 24 hours later, naturally, the cross course changed. I, for one, would NOT do that exchange at that time at that cross already - but they don't care, of course; no one even thought to ask if I want to proceed with the changed numbers. The result: I lost - they gained. In a real-world business, you mess up - YOU pay, not your client.
I would NOT knowingly use them again.
