I did not specify the extra id when I changed my ripples and waited for my BTC for several hours, after which I turned in support. I am a newbie, and did not know that extra id is needed when exchanging. The support offered me to continue the exchange if I specify the ID, after which I received BTC. Great service, will be back again!

I was in trouble with BCH when my coins were not split, but I noticed it too late. I also sent them BCH SV. I asked to return my coins. The problem was solved, and I got my SV coins back. Great support!
