Same problem as everyone else they are scammers i ve used this service 50 times before this.... the pair was unavailable i guess which it wasnt posted.... they responded a few times i provided them with everything they asked for and now nothing....over 350$$ down the drain everything is going good until you have your hard earned money stolen from you thank god it was a smaller transaction dont let it be you with a 1k or up

They are scammers. Their exchange is broken. I sent $100 of bitcoin and only received $70 of XMR (monero). When pressed on the issue they didn’t even reply let alone return my money. Their dumb staff claimed “changes in coin prices fluctuate, we aren’t in control of that”. That couldn’t be the case because it immediately sent XMR valued $30 less than the btc I sent. But the exchange XMR/BTC is clearly broken, if you were to put in a btc price in the estimate exchange it will give you a XMR, you put that exact xmr into exchange to btc and you’ll see a drastic difference from the original btc.

Transactions fail and you are left with nothing despite their initial statement of 'your coins will be safe'. Bollocks.
I despise these type of subhuman scumbags and they will be punished for their crimes.

They cancelled my transaction and never refunded my money. Very upsetting to have my money stolen. Never doing business with ChangeNow again. Their support link only gives an error any time you try to get submit a help request. Hoping desperately that they will give me my money back.

I tried to exchange 200 eos for USDC and the transaction did not go through, so got in touch with Support and they first told me that they didnt recieve the funds so I had to search the EOS blockchain myself and I found that they did receive the coins, then they said that the account was an old account that they dont use anymore, so I said ok then just give me my money back and they said they would and that I would recieve the money before the next day, well that was 2 weeks ago and I have been contacting them daily to get the funds being patient, then today I look at their account and they took the coin and deposited it into another account thinking that I wouldnt be able to trace the transaction, which is pretty easy to do on blockchain, and when I showed them that I could see they deposited the money into their account they blocked me from their Telegram Support Chat Room so I wouldnt be able to show others what they are really up to, do not trust these people they have ripped many people off, just look at Reddit and the fact they will not respond to this post if you think im lying here's my EOS account address vtvcqi5c4gpc, and here is the transaction hash 040e87c82c5fcea125484d9248bff72948c03261d491bc6046584acd9bd2dbd2 , and if you look closely you can see that I sent the eos to an account called changenowioa, and it was received and then they sent the coin to changenoweos

My issues began on the 28th of January. The Transaction of Litecoin for doge should have taken maybe an hour or so according to their website. After 4 hours I emailed their support asking what was taking so long. Later that day I got an email saying my funds have been sent and everything should be done with. That was not the case. As it turns out I was given the doge at the exact rate they showed me when I first started the transaction. The problem with that being that in the near entire day between me getting the coin and requesting it, the price of doge had dropped by nearly half. In having given them around 500$ in litecoin, I received at the exact time of the transaction finally going through, only around half of that in doge. On their twitter they spoke on how they were giving doge at a loss in good faith with the customer and I of course replied to their tweets complaining that I had been completely shorted in the amount owed. They at this point told me to contact them through twitter DM's with my exchange ID. I had to wait an entire day to get anything back from them and another 3 days just to have them tell me my transaction had finished. Upon explaining the issue once again they told me they were extremely sorry and that I should contact their support through email. The informed me that it may take a while and should be resolved by the beginning of the following week. It is now Tuesday of the following week and there is still complete radio silence from their email support. The current date is the 9th of February, 12 days after the transaction began. They are either entirely incompetent or outright fraudulent and at this point I am leaning towards the latter. Utter embarrassment of an experience

I exchanged XRP for BTC at Atomic Wallet, ChangeNow is their exchanger. They blocked my exchange and told me to go through verification (Although the bestchange.com does not indicate that i need verify). I sent them the documents, but they don't do anything, they just keep my money illegally. I demand to return my XRP or give my BTC!

November 22, I exchanged more than 0,57 BSV through ChangeNOW. However, I noticed that with BSV the same amount in BCH was debited from my wallet. It turned out that my coins were not split.
Of course, this is my mistake and I immediately opened a ticket about this problem. Support responded very quickly and promised to return my BCH. They asked to confirm wallet for refund and said wait.

I have come to tell about the discrepancy between the displayed here and the real on the website. But I see I'm not the first.
I was seeking to exchange XRP to LTC. My friend recommended Changenow to me. I came here, saw the rate at level of 319.0224 XRP to 1 LTC. But on the website it turned out to be I'll have only 0.998 LTC. I don't know how it works but the rate displayed here is fake.

I checked the rate here on Bestchange and it was 45.8264 ETH to 1 BTC. But once I initiated the exchange on your website the system displayed I will recieve 0.987. I don't know how you guys work with that but it's actually a deceive.

You guys have the way too big discrepancy. Ex: on BestChange you give 2.27... LTC for 1 ETH and on your website it is only 2.22...LTC. Secondly - when I click on your exchange page link on Ethereum-to-Litecoin BestChange page - it redirects me to ETH-to-BTC page and I need to double input all the information - it is not convenient at all.
Please fix your rates!
