Of course, this is my mistake and I immediately opened a ticket about this problem. Support responded very quickly and promised to return my BCH. They asked to confirm wallet for refund and said wait.
I waited day after day, but nothing happened. After my question on November 26, they reported that the refund would be within 24 hours. However, to this day nothing has happened. They only thank my patience for my questions and say that a little more time is needed.
Almost half a month has passed. And judging by the reviews, they are just wasting time in the hope that I will forget. Dear Bestchange, please help me.
