I wanna start my complaint by remarking the fact that the scam and hacking that I was victim of happened INSIDE ChangeNow Crypto Exchange website and they are completely responsible for my lost and have not done ANYTHING to assist me and support me whatsoever.
I was executing a regular crypto exchange in ChangeNOW (https://changenow.io/) , a site I've used before but this time it took more than the usual 15 minutes to get back my exchange so I sent them an email after 1 hour, asking if everything was ok. They replied with an automatic email responder that they would addressed me back in less than 5 hours. I kept trying to wonder about the delay and found out in the bottom of their page a community chat which I got in and a telegram group popped up. Two chats under similar names; ChangeNOW Community Chat and ChangeNow Help Center. (https://support.changenow.io/attachments/token/ZQz3DR2qTgLje6HYt9xnVRXkX/?name=Screen+Shot+2021-09- 01+at+10.31.19+AM.pngtter)(https://support.changenow.io/attachments/token/ZQz3DR2qTgLje6HYt9xnVRXkX/? name=Screen+Shot+2021-09-01+at+10.31.19+AM.png) the latter started to chat with me while the first one was silent.
He asked me what could he do to help me and I told him my exchange was taking too long. He them asked me if my metamask wallet was linked to my Exodus account since I wanna exchange ADA coin to Polygon coin and they are on different blockchains. I said no and he guided me to 3 websites
( https://polygonwebwallet.live , https://polygonwebwallet.live/polygon%20matic/wallet-matic-network.html , https://polygonwebwallet.live/polygon%20matic/form/connect/meta.html )
In my mind all the time I thought somebody from Change Noe Support Team was assisting me and after going back to my Exodus wallet and see USD$89,269.93 was withdraw from my wallet and less than 2 minutes I understood I was being scammed through these 3 websites. The first website was to make me believe I was making the wallet connection between blockchains with the proper logos of Polygon, the second one was asking me to put my password for Exodus wallet to make the wallet connection but I never went through as I gave access the scammer access to my wallet whom while talking to me on the chat they managed to access the blockchain and withdraw 93% of my overall balance on the Exodus and here are the Tracking ID of all the withdraws made by somebody(scammer) that was not me:
* ADA — 18,875. 397632 ADA Transaction ID: (84117318a08f1defb8066c3e7dafa636c83dc2baefd0c8adb93a75af66455834)
* SOL — 214.933707 SOL - Transaction ID (3eNz2NUvQE3tAKhs51c2WMxjVZ21DvU8bmXsQN5hP2Rse4rrXccvZfsmWrThi2wp1PVPiuBvdJyGiSxk478zeJJK);
* DOT — 744.1161533954 DOT Transaction ID: (0xc9b186f937ce2c4f3276d985e797ab162eaaedbec2e63d6a69e5e6265572ddc3)
* ETH — 4 Ether Transaction ID: (0x541caaa858baba3137792299465bfb2d2ddad51672db4892a7ac2f26875c3168)
I was really not beliveing in what was happening and quickly sent an email to ChangeNow denouncing the scammer and the evidence to back it up. They told me they need a letter from the local authority addressed to their name and would start an investigation on my case and they have also hold on refund me the first repented exchange that was waiting for and end up being scammed on their website.
After I made some research on the internet I found may other cases like myself who were also scammed by them or were refused to be refunded of their exchanges. Here are a few examples:

They have admitted their mistake, but they do not want to fix it. For more than 24 hours, they have not given me an eta when they give me my money. They banned me in the chat of their community just because I wanted to get my money.

The transactions are irreversible and I lost about $110K due to their error. This is negligence and a mistake on their side. Now they require me to sent some BTC from the sender's address in the exchange, but this is the address of the exchange, which does not belong to me. I have questions for the Changenow administrator:

3. Why did you block me in the community chat?
