Just freeze my transaction with no answer for 24 hours. After that they required KYC. According their policy KYC required when AML risk more then 40%. In my case risk is 39% but they required. Ready to share screen with their answer about it.
To make refund they also require KYC do not comply with policy.
Help with refund according policy pls and mark this exchanger as KYC required because it completely is.

Transferred outside of business hours and when they came online they said it would take 24 hrs to transfer which i did not see on their website — nor their business hours. Wasn't happy about this and htey referred me to the millions of characters fine print of there terms. This was way to long for me so I asked for a refund, they processed it but said it would take 3 hrs ( took maybe 30 min — 1 hr) with a 1% penalty. I dislike red tape and micro terms and conditions that impact user experience. I also really dislike writing reviews but I hope this inspires them to update their messaging on their landing page (where you perform the transaction) to provide more clear information on business hours, transfer times, fees and penalties.
