According to the information available, the exchanger has no financial obligations to this user
On 18/02/2025 I made a request to transfer UAH to USDC to my wallet in SOL network. I transferred the required amount to the specified card number and waited for USDC to be credited to my wallet. However, it never happened, as the sender sent USDT. Due to the specifics (Coinbase) it was exactly where I was expecting the transfer, the support could not somehow return the sender's funds or convert them and credit them to my account.
When I pointed out to swapscenter the error on their part (since everything was specified correctly in the request), they offered me to write an official letter to Coinbase support and provide a reply to swapscenter. They also requested a video recording from the wallet. I provided that too. However, after that there was no response from them.
I do not want to pay for the mistakes of their employees and demand a refund.
