On 15.06 I made a transfer through this exchange. They gave me the details of a blocked account for payment. The bank made the transfer of funds and the system shows that the money was received by them, but the funds did not arrive on the purse. To this day, for more than a month I have been brainwashed about the fact that they write requests and appeals and promised to return the money to the card, but in fact no clear answer was given. And today, 25.07. I simply refused to process the application and help in solving the problem. They say that there is no payment, we do not owe you anything and, in fact, I was just brainwashed for more than a month, and the money was simply stolen by them.
