Issue has been fully resolved
The delivery conditions shown on BestChange do not match the actual conditions offered by Rexex.
I found Rexex on BestChange for an exchange of approximately 5,000 USDT to AED cash in Dubai. BestChange clearly states: “This exchanger does not have an office in the selected city, the cost of courier delivery is included in the exchange rate.”
Before making the exchange, I contacted Rexex and provided the location of my hotel in Deira, Dubai. Their representative told me that delivery to this location would cost at least 150 AED.
After I pointed out that BestChange states that courier delivery is included in the exchange rate, Rexex sent me a map showing that free delivery is available only within a limited area of Dubai and that Deira is outside this area.
This geographical restriction was not disclosed in the conditions shown on BestChange. Deira is part of Dubai, which is the city selected for this exchange direction.
I decided not to proceed with the exchange because the actual conditions differed from those advertised on BestChange.
I ask BestChange administration to verify whether Rexex’s actual delivery conditions comply with the information displayed in the monitoring service and whether this restriction should be clearly disclosed to users.
