0.0002 BTC that you said, is even less than minimum fee in the bitcoin network these days. It means we collect such small deposits with loss but we still offer you a change for that which is great! for you.
There is a % icon in bestchange just befor the rate that if you keep your cursor on that icon it shows "minimum exchange commission" and "basic exchange rate". for small amounts like 0.0002btc you need to find an exchange with lower "minimum exchange commission" but it seems you have been focusing on "basic exchange rate" only.
However as I said earlier, such small amounts are less than minimum fee in bitcoin network and they give small losses to exchanges. So I doubt you can find a better rate than our rate for that small amounts. Also if bitcoin network fee does not come down soon, we will revise our "minimum exchange commission". Then if you enter 0.0002btc in the "send field" you will see 0 in the other field and that's because of higher "minimum exchange commission".

You also had another exchange today which completed automatic and instant however you didn't send a review on that one. But this one as a result of an error in blockchain API did not go through automatic.
That error of blockchain API happens sometimes and we already informed them. In such cases you need to send a ticket to our support and we do respond within few minutes to maximum of 5 hours.
