Funny how people complain about the KYC process:)) Pro tip: read the terms or at least the FAQ before sending your hard-earned cash and ticking the box. Attempted to use this service to swap my USDC on SOL for TON. Was required to do KYC — submitted all the documents. Which is a non-automatic process on their side and takes hours! Now I am required to provide details "where do my money come from". Answered their questions and now waiting for hours again.
Really slow and stressful process.

Respectfully, why do you mark this claim as "solved" when you still hold my money hostage for almost 24 hours now? Since site states KYC should take 24 hours, I expect it to be actually solved within an hour.
It's also a significant amount of money for me personally its 66,000$ worth of USDC.
I have no issue doing the KYC in the first place, but I have a severe issue because of how its played out. After providing them information, Exchange just keeps coming up with new questions. Why not just ask them at the start so it's all faster? If you are strict company why don't you run an automatic KYC procedure which includes scanning customers ID? It's much faster and is more efficient preventing fraud.
Current state of KYC is an actual fiesta which takes unreasonable amount of time and puts this exchange in a really bad light.
