Cons: The transaction took some time, about 20-30 minutes, the exchange sends the money only after 10 confirmations on the Monero network (some do it after 3-4 confs). There is no indication on the exchange website of the number of confirmations, but you can see it in your Monero client.
Another disadvantage is that the minimal transaction value is 5 XMR, which is significant.
