Please clarify what do you mean 'fees are going through the roof? What is the exchange direction did you use? What is the amount you've wanted to exchange? Most likely you hit the bitcoin commission which is fixed and about 2/3USD it depends on the current network conditions.

Their system is not auto . my payment was successful and they had recieved it . but they accepted when i gave them the snapshot from internal transaction from my account they did not agreed till then to pay . i must say its due to the claim i here posted. may be otherwise they would be digest my money too .
