We got your refund in paypal transaction history. But there is a problem with your refund. The original payment to you was made from the card which is no longer active (expired), so you basically sent a refund to expired card. So we don't have actual refund money from you on our bank account tied to that card.
We've consulted with Paypal support and they said to get your refund back we need to wait at least 14 days and if it won't go into our bank account consult with them.
Once we get your refund money back on our account, we'll refund back your bitcoins.
Please also consider next time, before sending any refund you should open a ticket here and consult with us if it's possible at all.

Used Alfa Cashier to do 2 transactions. Sold Bitcoin for 100 USD to my PayPal account, took only a few hours time to get it. Second transaction was for the sale of Bitcoin to 130 USD to my PayPal account, took longer then a couple hours, but I did realize the time difference between Mountain time here in America and the time it was in Germany, which was dead in middle of the night at the time. I woke up the next morning and there it was, my 130 USD in my PayPal account. No complaints here from me, I will definitely use Alfa Cashier again and believe me, if something goes wrong I'll be sending of the alarm bells, just as I will for any exchanger that does not follow through with there end of the deal.

Support desk is really reckless, they simply left a message saying payment might takes 7 days, which is not supposed to be more than 2 hours. Really sucks cannot recommend this site. I dont wanna come back also

The transaction got approved and the money sent to alfa account a bit later by okpay system in meantime being cancelled by alfacashier. but didnt get that btc from alfa yet. Trying to contact alfa to fix it. Seems they are hard to get reply from...any suggestions? Do they have any contact info (skype, icq etc)?

I tested them with 16usd PM to Bitcoin, it was instantly sent to my btc account, i could see it on blockchain.info that payment was made. Also then i transfered 50usd same way. So i can recommend it.
