It will not complete, no response from their side. They misleading the customer by saying it is automatic. After getting the payment they did not reply or do exchange. Only first time they do the exchange automatic to lure the exchange. After 2nd exchange they did not do it just scam customer. Beware using this. My exchange still showing manager action pending.
