Issue has been fully resolved
This exchanger is taking over 3 days to complete the Tether (trc20) to PayPal (usd) exchange. Contacted them yesterday and they said, that the order would be completed ASAP. 12 hours after I contacted them again, still nothing.
Would not recommend exchanging here at all. Even if this claim would be resolved.

I created order to convert BTC to usd(PayPal).
On website mentioned that order will be completed within minimum 1 to 3 hours and maximum 24 hours to 48 hours. This morning it has already been 48 hours since the order was placed, I want to note that WhatsApp support responds quite quickly but is of absolutely useless, support said that the order would be completed during the day, but nothing happened. I do not recommend using this exchanger, when exchanging you are relying on timeframes that are absolutely not respected by this exchanger.
