Terrible service. It feels like they intentionally delay the transaction so that the sender has to request a refund and pay 10% of the total amount for such a service. Not recommended!

Issue has been successfully resolved by the exchanger's administration
The exchange request was made more than a week ago, the website shows a deadline of minimum 1 to 3 hours and maximum 24 hours to 48 hours. Support promised to pay out the order yesterday, but never did so.
