They first show you a rate and after that u transfer the money completely they tell you for friend and family they get 10$ fee! total *** they didn't tell this before the transaction so bad.

you must tell your customer before payment in the website that it has a fee not after the payment. and the friend and family fee is 5$ not 10$ and it is not every 500$ the 1$ to 10000$ paypal F&F is 5$ fee.
