The exchange rate was specified on best exchange 1 Tether TRC20 USDT -> 3.7 Bank Transfer AED. However, upon visiting your website, I noticed that the actual rate offered is 3.60. This discrepancy is violation of Best exchange terms. I insist on receiving the originally stated rate of 3.7, as advertised on Best exchange.
