more than 3 days ago I sent 15000 USD to change perfect money they don't process my order and ask me about source of my transactions.
But I have so many changes by this wallet with other exchangers who are listed on bestchange.com and I dont have any similar problem.
They Request:
screen of all of your transactions
screen of your chat with your client
time and price of your deales
video of your idcard and slefi
and so many more.
Even Binance do not ask these docs for verification
whatever I sent all of them
but in final request they ask me:
ask the your client to provide the screenshots of all other withdrawals!
But all this was an excuse, so I asked them to refund my usdt, but they said: this is our rules and we can not refund it!
they try give possitive feedback with small orders to get your trust and after they will block your funds in big orders.
If you read the latest users' feedbacks, aboute this exchange you will notice this.
