I have never told you to send ethereum/etc/erc20 usdt or something else. You are just trying to scam. On telegram you told to send the address (which is of you) to a email which is not listed on your site as a verification. If I ask ethereum then I have to say you to send me ethereum or any other coin. But I never say you that. So, why you will send ethereum. Those type of address can be for other altcoin in this case how you are sure that is ethereum address. It is nothing but you are trying to scam. I have all the proof. If you do not send my balance then I have to create scam accusation on the bitcointalk forum and users of the forum will give their opinion how you send alternative payment which is out of sending/receiving currency. You have to refund my payment to the address from where they payment sent to and I requested that too but you could not. Or you have to send the currency which I have ordered but you could not though several days passed. I have never asked you to give payment on ethereum so there is no chance to give ethereum.
