Service randomly rejects some of my transactions. But funds already moved from my card bank account.
Support are very calm and said something like: "Hey man we can't say why we've blocked random transactions (due security reason). And you need to wait when money will be returned to you. It can take 24-72 h or about 14 days."
Currently 72 hours have already passed from the one of my transactions. And I'm still don't see money on my account.
Why you don't reject transactions before real sending money?

What the hell is this a way to cut some money from you illegally and on purpose.
Again check if the country you are in even though you are visiting the country temporary is in their list or not. If the country is not in their list they will allow you to open account but once you make a transaction they propose the two refunds above.
Now it's up to you if you want around $500 to be deducted from money choose paybis they are good at stealing. And it seems the countries inhabited by Chinese Japaneses blacks Koreans Arabs and Indians are banned so may be they are racist I don't know why. Racism exist even in the world of exchangers what the hell. They had very good rate, on 1st place of bestchange websites.
I paid $1600 ($1615.35 with fee) and I received email from them:
"Please be informed that it is not possible to complete your PB2007164868TX7 transaction due to decision of our Security Department. Therefore, this transaction will be refunded."
I don't know why they rejected my order, I have verified Paybis account and verified Payeer account also.
But they just refund me only $1592.03 so I lost $23.32.
I just want to warn other customers because I don't know what was the reason for rejecting my order and I will never use this service because situation can repeat.
I lost $23.32 and they just told me: "Sorry for inconvenience".

they started to ask verification documents and others things giving the impression that they wait the moment when you cannot give them anymore and keep your money ...
after 3 days and after i spent 60$ on a forced subscription i get my money back... but if you ask me something changed.. is not same paybis management as it used to be and all reviews should be deleted and let people share impression about the new paybis..
my personal experience was ok in the last 2 years but suddenly things changed...
I have bought Amazon.com gift cards from them,
when I added the cards to my Amazon account, Amazon closed my account and my money has gone.
I contacted them for 2 days, they always give misleading answers.
They sell fake or stolen gift cards, I guess.
I don't care about the money anymore, just be careful of these criminals.
