I would highly suggest to not to use this service if you don't like when your money is randomly frozen.

My situation:

Service randomly rejects some of my transactions. But funds already moved from my card bank account.

Support are very calm and said something like: "Hey man we can't say why we've blocked random transactions (due security reason). And you need to wait when money will be returned to you. It can take 24-72 h or about 14 days."

Currently 72 hours have already passed from the one of my transactions. And I'm still don't see money on my account.

Why you don't reject transactions before real sending money?

Now I'm very frustrated because of hanging money and rate the Paybis service as a 1 start.

My bank said that they didn't get the transactions reversal request.
It can mean that you probably have an issue with rejecting transactions. That's why I didn't meet such a behaviour before in other exchanges.

Now you need to send reversal requests for my transactions in other case my money will be frozen about 33 days.

So claim is still actual. I'll share more details in the internal support system.

Yes they did, but they didn't say anything new. Just something like "Please wait until money return.". Money still not returned to me, so I'll updating my claim till money will arrive to me. My bank said that they don't see cancelling for that transactions that means I need to wait automatic transaction cancelling (I don't know how long). I'll cancel claim if money will arrive to me.

You're repeating this pattern every time. I've shared screenshots from my bank application where you can see that I have two transaction with same amount and first one was successfully refunded because the bank got the cancel request from yours application and second is still pending because of absence of such one.

Anyway money still frozen and it isn't my issue or my bank's. It is because your application did some thing not in the right way. It will be fair to keep this claim till I will got my money back to my bank account.

If you are using neteller or skrill or any other online payment to buy bitcoin, never ever use paybis. These dirty guys will willingly cancel your transaction and then propose two kind of refunds
-first if they refund they take fees from your money and they said it's instant.
-Second they propose the e-wallet support you used to refund then it take up to 24h.
I quote their emails to prove: ''Dear customer,

What the hell is this a way to cut some money from you illegally and on purpose.
Again check if the country you are in even though you are visiting the country temporary is in their list or not. If the country is not in their list they will allow you to open account but once you make a transaction they propose the two refunds above.
Now it's up to you if you want around $500 to be deducted from money choose paybis they are good at stealing. And it seems the countries inhabited by Chinese Japaneses blacks Koreans Arabs and Indians are banned so may be they are racist I don't know why. Racism exist even in the world of exchangers what the hell. I made exchange Payeer USD --> BTC.
They had very good rate, on 1st place of bestchange websites.

I paid $1600 ($1615.35 with fee) and I received email from them:
"Please be informed that it is not possible to complete your PB2007164868TX7 transaction due to decision of our Security Department. Therefore, this transaction will be refunded."

I don't know why they rejected my order, I have verified Paybis account and verified Payeer account also.

But they just refund me only $1592.03 so I lost $23.32.
I just want to warn other customers because I don't know what was the reason for rejecting my order and I will never use this service because situation can repeat.

I lost $23.32 and they just told me: "Sorry for inconvenience".
I waiting for reply and maybe Paybis explain their policy.

You should refund full amount of original transfer (it was $1600), if you want to be fair you should refund my missing $8. If you decide to reject because of Security Reasons you should pay fee of refund not me again. I paid fee of Payeer two times for nothing.

After 50+ successfully exchanges suddenly things changed...
they started to ask verification documents and others things giving the impression that they wait the moment when you cannot give them anymore and keep your money ...
after 3 days and after i spent 60$ on a forced subscription i get my money back... but if you ask me something changed.. is not same paybis management as it used to be and all reviews should be deleted and let people share impression about the new paybis..
my personal experience was ok in the last 2 years but suddenly things changed...

I am not talking about opening the second account.. i am talking about weird verification rules.. like disable my VPN ... you ask me for documents and i sent you scan of my ID after that you asked me to disable my VPN which by the way i can't ... after that you asked me to send you my BTC wallet from the precise email address that i used to open the account... after you saw that is mine because you message me on the same email account .. and i gave up.. i am sure that you would kept going asking me to do things until i wasn't unable to fulfill ... and this is weird..

I have bought Amazon.com gift cards from them,
when I added the cards to my Amazon account, Amazon closed my account and my money has gone.
I contacted them for 2 days, they always give misleading answers.
They sell fake or stolen gift cards, I guess.
I don't care about the money anymore, just be careful of these criminals.
