I exchanged ETH to paypal, received the total in different payments with about 6% commission from paypal, but it was as they said in the range of 48hs.

Magnatus seemingly has a major problem with PayPal. I did not see the earlier review from Hannah prior to doing an exchange with Magnatus. After exchanging a small amount of BTC (~USD200) for PayPal credits, the first deposit from Magnatus caused PayPal to lock my account.

By our statistics of 15+ years of work, Paypal do a manual verification for 99.9% of accounts.
If your account is nor verified manually and you receive a payment in first, second, fifth, 10th, sometimes 20th etc. time (depends of amounts and many other things) paypal do a verification process.

In your case I see, that you use a proxy of another country (paypal does not like this) and use an email in @proton.me (same thing: paypal does not like this). And just for information: also do a registration on a fake data is a bad idea.
