My first exchange and it worked out excellent and at an acceptable fee. I first was sceptical about these "exchangers" overall, afterall it was the first exchange I?ve ever done. I selected Magnatus based on their good ratings and fair fees. They?ve asked for a lot of supporting documents (ID, PayPal screenshots etc.) and I already thought I might get scammed. However, turned out that they just wanted to be on the safe side, which is nothing bad and today (after 1 day), I?ve received the money in my Perfectmoney account without any problems! I am very happy and will be using them again in the future.

Premier echange pour ma part . Test reussi avec une tres petite somme de Skrill vers Perfect Money ( 4 EUR ) , virement en moins d' une demi journee .Verification du compte simple et rapide . Petit bemol , l'echange est manuel mais nullement genant .L'admin repond a toutes vos questions en direct sur une page dediee . Je remercie Magnatus et leur dit a une prochaine fois .

The first 60ˆ have gone well but in the last transaction of 15 ˆ that I have received in PayPal it tells me that this money is withheld and that in order to be available that money the client has to accept the transaction.
I hope it can be solved as soon as possible.

Please check if your Paypal account refers to the criteria, described on the page https://www.paypal.com/us/brc/article/funds-availability (you can clarify exactly by contacting the technical support of the payment system).
Then you need:
1. Open the detailed screen of the payment
2. Click on the link "Add tracking info"
3. Order status - choose as Shipped
4. Tracking number - enter 12345
5. Shipped by - choose as Other
6. Enter carrier name - abc
7. Inform us (in the request on our website) that you have added the tracking info to the payment.
The link for confirming the payment will appear in 48 hours, we will click on it and the payment will be removed from the hold completely or the hold time will be reduced to 3-7 days.
