Can’t complain about the service, I have made my mistakes that cost me time, my own faults. Otherwise a proper and efficient service if you don’t mind waiting a bit to get your transfers, just the way it works.

Extremely slow processing, high fees because of conversion *->eur paypal.
I send btc at 15:15 cest
transaction was confirmed at 15:33
exchange noticed transaction only after 5 hours
exchange sent me money via paypal after another 5 hours.
and then I paid to paypal 15 euro conversion fee from 268 eur transaction because exchange sent me money not from EUR wallet but something else (RUB, USD etc).
I send btc at 15:15 cest

2. Our staff manually found your payment when check a payment from another exchange another client.
3. Agreed exchange term was 48 hrs, payment was completed in 1 hour 12 minutes after point 2 above.
4. We have sent you 268.63 as was agreed, payment was from Kazahstan wallet, no any instructions was for this exchange from you.
Reheck all and add an answer in exchange request if something wrong, our staff will check it.
