They split the total amount for several payments to your bank account, which is not unusual, though they try to cheat by transferring a bit more with the last payment, later explaining it as “technical error”, then if you agree to transfer the difference back to them (which I did), you become an easy prey, and one of their “partners”, who transferred one of the payments, try to contact you directly, requesting his payment back, otherwise he reports to police etc. Do NOT use this exchanger.

Wish I have read reviews below. Used this exchanger quite a few times in the past, but now things have changed. by default if you click on bestchange entry you get an extremely inefficient exchange route where you have to send operator screenshots and the whole ordeal takes hours.
In the exchange order notes they state that user should opt for SBP exchange route for faster payment and they provide SBP phone number field, so you would think if you put phone number to this field it will be going that way. But this field is ignored and in order to use SPB you have to select this entry explicitly in the drop down menu — not SBER, but SBP. This is not stated anywhere. SBP route is fast but has less preferable rate which is not an issue. Main issue is that unless you know all the above beforehand you will spend hours waiting for your money and need to manually interact with operator. Avoid.

This was the most worst, terrible and disgusting exchange season. don't offer anyone to use this exchange..they are doing everything to not send your money. They ask for many screenshots from your bank account. And they don't get satisfy with the screenshots. They behave like you are deceiving them. But it is kind of they try to deceive you. Pick other exchangers. Stay away from that exchange company.

Absolutely humiliating service. I had to spend an hour and a half proving that I never received the money. It would be fine, but they don’t even have a proof that the funds were actually sent. The $500 was split into around 10 separate transfers, which could easily raise questions with the bank. On top of that, the whole situation was made to look as if I was trying to deceive them, just because their “system” shows the payments as sent. In the middle of the process, they even pause everything until you once again prove exactly how much you actually received.
I cannot recommend this exchange. In nearly 3 years of using different services, this is the first time I’ve experienced anything like this.
