I try to exchange btc to xmr in 4 month ago, the transfer is still Hold,
Past three months,in order to refund the coin,i do all the thing as they request:
1.notarized the kyc documents.
2.send KYC hard copy to mail address
3.mail to original kyc documentation to CHINA 2 times,but the address is does not exist,
i thought is Fraud, Notice everyone to pay attention.

I have written hundreds of mails for my fund and I believe it's your duty to find the details and solve my problem.
Meanwhile, why my documents are fake? I could provide my video and photo.
On 27th August, you guys written"All the documents should be notarized with stamp. What you give us is only one page notarized." Now I already provide all documents base your request with every page notarized!
I just want my funds back!!!!!

U guys may need finds ways to check the e-mails ASAP to solve this problem.
My kyc documents from 2 different guys to notarized it because at first time when I done the notarized only on one page, then base on your request, I found another ups which is near my house to done it.

I do provide all the documents based on their request but they still hold my fund without reasons.
My biggest mistake in my life is using EvoGates... I hope nobody will do the same mistake as me to avoid lose of their funds. I do hope Admin BestChange could keep an eye on my issue or clear EvoGates from your website to avoid others to make bigger lose.!!

This was my fault for not thoroughly checking the amount, so I had assumed my BTC was lost. Very happy to say that their support team assisted me and released the funds to my Monero wallet. I opened an account with them and will keep the amount to send next time in mind. Thanks, really great customer service.
