Admin EvoGates ask me to email them to follow up but I got no useful feedback in past 7 months.
I do provide all the documents based on their request but they still hold my fund without reasons.

Hit a snag with sending a little less than was requested (Evo's amount was rounded up) which resulted in a delay. I posted here after I had not heard back from support, but they responded to my Telegram message a few minutes ago and made things right.
This was my fault for not thoroughly checking the amount, so I had assumed my BTC was lost. Very happy to say that their support team assisted me and released the funds to my Monero wallet.
