We didn't. It's automated process. So it follow the market. Guess the 1% of dip should be reasonable. Hope you understand.

Not recommended for the following reason:
1) After they confirmed that they received my BTC payment, their page showed me a guaranteed amount of XMR I would receive (after deduction of network fee). But what I finally received was 2.3% less than that ammount guaranteed after payment!

2) They have a live chat on their page. That says "online" followed by "We are live and ready to chat with you now. Say something to start a live chat.". But when you write them it says they are busy. And when you read further then they say that they have no working hour. So they are neither busy nor onlone. Why they not say "offline" when they are offline, so the customer doe not write in the chat window for nothing.

Summary: In best case a lot of information acrobatics with a lot of missleading information and in worst case... well, that i leave up to the reader's imagination.

PS: To keep it fair, I sent a complaint with a screenshot of the payment confoirmation and the guaranteed amount to their support. Let's see what happens
