Please do not exchange with them. They always send you 3-5% less amount and ask you that you do not click on " I PAID " Button.

and tell me that the exchange rate is changed after some time.

Hello, unfortunately I had an accident, I exchanged bitcoins for monero in the amount of $ 100,000 in this exchange.
When paying for the application, I received a message that the payment was received and my money has already been sent. I waited for two days, but the money did not go through (there is a proof from my Monero wallet that there is no money there and there were no transactions).
After I wrote to the support they asked for confirmation that I had paid for the application. I did this after which they said that they were considering my appeal and would soon respond.

There was an issue with late sending (maybe own wallet) within the 30 minutes and emailed support with all details. Support was very fast to answer and process my request.

they say the transaction cannot be completed because thy do not send westwrn union to my country. Then i requested for refund.
I cannot access my email i used to creat the application as i didn't login months ago. I provided all the application infos to get refund even the screen shoot of the transaction with btc hash al infos.
They refuse to refund and want me to send documents for verification what the fuck is this. You cannot process the exchange just refund tha'ts all. This exchanger is not serious so be careful if you are exchanging bitcoin to western union you may lose your money for nothing. They find excuses to steal you that's what they are trying to do . Refund me now that's all

The status was "payment recieved, payout pending" and then it changed to "Your order is cancelled because of overdue payment". They claim that they can not find the payment.
