They keep changing order status, you can clearly see they've received the bitcoin but not sending payment.

Furthermore they keep trying to mark the claim as solved here. I will clearly not allow that until the money is paid.

They claim to have only received the money 5 minutes ago, but the btc transaction ID mentioned above has 2 confirmations nearly 6 hours ago.

I'm not sure if they are aware this is public, literally anyone can go look and see when they got the money.

The evidence speaks for itself and a reply like "Have you had an exchange experience before?" shows you're command over the English language and tactfulness towards your customers.

Can you please post this evidence? I've posted the transaction ID which has all the information including confirmation times. You've posted words, which are factually untrue according to the blockchain.

Why not apologize and for your service being borked? When I corresponded with you and tried to trouble shoot, I was simply told to wait and that your service works for everyone else(in a very rude way). Then today you tried to spin it and claim I said transaction where done yesterday, which clearly isn't true. The screenshots and transaction provided are solid proof. You've posted non to counter it.
