I created order No. ***to buy USDT. The fiat funds were transferred strictly according to the details provided by the exchanger. The payment was successfully debited from my bank account.
The official bank receipt in PDF format was provided to the support operator in the chat. However, the exchanger refuses to process the payment, stating that their automated system does not see the payment and the technical department for manual verification is currently not working (non-working hours).
The service is claimed to be 24/7, but in fact, the exchange regulations are grossly violated. My money is stuck, the exchanger is stalling and offering to wait an indefinite period until their employees' workday begins. All screenshots of the correspondence, order creation, and bank receipts are saved. I demand to immediately credit USDT for the order or make a full refund.

When I started to exchange 10 USDT TON to Solana I just saw beatiful exchange rate. But the procedure of exchange is complicated:
1. first need to deposit asset
2. then need to trade or swap
3. then need to withdraw
The worst is that AlfaBit took withdrawal fee 0.0119 SOL = 0.8$ when withdraw my 0.11SOL.
That's weird. Bestachange may show not real data. Need to consider huge withdrawal fees on Alfabit.
Please, give me my 0.006SOL back please. Solana has low fees, and you just stolen my 0.0119 SOL. Problem will be solved if you topup my wallet on 0.006 SOL.

I thought that 10 USDT Ton will give me = 0.1198 SOL
