I was using this service before, it was convenient for transfers to armenian cards due to the fact that it was one of the only exchangers providing fast and 24/7 transfers, even though it has one of the worst exchange rates it saved me in emergency situations a bunch of times, but today I've encountered absolute ignorance from their support after I opened the exchange(I was in a grocery store and ran out of money on my card) they just told me 20 minutes after that they won't be able to proceed with the transfer and offered to return my money instead — they refused to return the TRX commission (which was like 7$ on a 100$ deal, so that hurts lol)
