They've stopped my orders for some kind of security check, they asked me to provide screenshots of the transactions (usdt transactions), which basically make no sense. The support was very rude and impolite, they are very unsupportive and can't even give you any information on wtf you are required to send those screenshots and how long will it take to check them. They were just kidding at me for no reason.
Do not use their exchange, if you don't want the same to happen to you!!!
