Yesterday we didn't work and when we tried to process vouchers at night it was already redeemed.
Most probably you have sent it to some other exchanger during the day.

We have sent you email, probably you didn't receive it because of SPAM filters.
You submitted the voucher at night so it was not possible to process as all exchanges are to be done manually.
According to Paysafecard web site: "The full amount of credit on this paysafecard is still available."
Currently we do not work with vouchers from Italy so you can use it elsewhere.

you must say you not accept italian voucher before its sent and italy in the form
