NewLine exchanger

I initiated an exchange through an exchanger found on the BestChange monitoring platform.

The initial contact with the exchanger was established via the official website of the service.

Further communication took place directly with the exchanger’s operator via Telegram. During the conversation, the operator provided a TRC20 address for transferring USDT. No order was created on the website, and the exchange was conducted directly through the operator outside the standard order system and without any client verification (KYC) procedure.

I transferred USDT (TRC20) to the provided address.

After the transfer was completed, the exchanger’s obligations were not fulfilled. No EUR funds were issued. Communication with the operator was terminated, no further responses were received, and the chat history became unavailable.

I've been using this currency exchange service for a while now, and nothing foreshadowed it, as they say. Everything in order: on May 30, 2026, I arrived to exchange USDT for rubles. The smiling cashier fussed around, recounting the money several times, transferring it from the drawer to the table and back again, recounting it again, and finally tied two wads with a rubber band, handed over 1K and 5K bills, even though the total was even—around 5K—and showed me out the door with a smile. Today, I remove the rubber band from a wad of 5K bills, count them out, and what do I see? The smiling fellow actually slipped in a hundred instead of 5K, and it would have been fine with just dollars, but it's rubles. That's the kind of scam you get at an exchange office. Be careful. Especially if you're dealing with a fussy cashier or the NewLine exchanger, check your bills. As expected, there are no results in the exchanger's cart.
