This guys are simply the best. The process ain't automatic, you have to send ETH to an address provided on chat, I was abit skeptical thought their site has been hacked or something but turns out they are doing it manually.
But all in all my transfer took 5 mins. One thing you should improve, automate the process for swift business deals

I placed an exchange to ETH I was assured the transfer was pending. after waiting over 24 hours. I was finally told that the exchange had deleted my transfer and they would refund to my original account. The operator assured me that the refund would take place 9am:
"Sorry for delay, refund will be done tommorow morning, after 09:00 Moscow time."
after this did not happen I contacted the site by email, they replied:
"Sorry for delay, all operators was very busy today and forget to send it to execution.
We are very sorry for this, as an apology we give you discount for next exchange 1%

I waited another whole day and still no refund!
