Yes please..its like never ending, they say no support on telegram only via their dashboard but my problem is that I cannot login and they say the email is not in their records. But I show them proof that its the correct email, I even have the screenshots of their telegram bot which proofs also that this email WAS attached in the beginning

The email support still answers the same as always.. they say my email adress is not associated.. even if I sent them proof that payment confirmation and everything was received with my email adress.

We talk about terms of exchange as soon as btc transaction confirmed. And you change already agreed terms on your own wish! AND SEND wrong payment!
