Ni, it is special situation now as currently BTC is going through major changes (bitcoin fork) so every servise on internet increased the network confirmations up to 12.

Yeah, you have to wait 1 to 5 business days, mine I got in two days with a very high fees! This exchanger is getting rich... I highly recommend to find some people you trust and willing to exchange for money just pay for wallet fees. I don't trust exchangers that's why my first exchange was with my friend, I got the money within 30 sec and I just pay 0.4 USD fee.

You forgot to mention more details. You paid with Payza! As all know, payza exchanges are not instant, but pending for days and then reviewed by Payza team. They reject or approve payments. If reject, order is canceled. If approved, we complete order. Your order was approved by Payza team after 7 days, of course at this day the price for ETH was not the same as 7 days before. Order is always recalculated when we get Payza payment based on current rate. This is common practice with all Payza exchangers. You are welcome to use any other Payza exchanger and you will see the same results. Each exchanger recalculate order when Payza approves payment.
