Honestly, I am not completely satisfied. I must say that in the end, I received my money, but here is the thing.

The whole transaction took close to 1 hour, for something that I usually get in 1-5 minutes.

It was for USDT TRC20 to Alipay CNY. There was no AML risk, so my TRC20 came to their wallet really fast.

After that, they needed about 15-20 minutes to send the transaction for the first time. They sent it from some account that was probably flagged by Alipay, since Alipay sent me a warning message (that I actually saw for the first time in my life) about an abnormality in the Alipay account of the payer, which may affect my account. I got a warning for this. I contacted them and they said to me that the Alipay account is flagged, but they couldn't give me more info.

After I sent a screenshot of that warning to CryptoXchange, they told me to wait and took about 10-15 minutes more to transfer the money from probably some other account. It was successful in the end.

But, a few things I need to say.

1. This was for sure not good for my Alipay account, to receive a warning like this, since in the future if I receive more of these warnings because of flagged Alipay accounts, they might close/terminate my account.

2. In the world of light-speed transactions, this is too much. I mean, USDT to Alipay CNY account takes at most 10 minutes. I targeted time for an agent to be available, so there were no delays, but still, this took much longer than I expected. And I say that from experience with other exchangers. I am testing several exchangers because I will need more transactions in the future, which will involve bigger amounts. I tried 4 exchangers before this one, and it never took more than 10 minutes for a full transfer. Kingex did it in 2 minutes, IChangeOne took literally 2-3 minutes and so on...

3. They ask for contacting agent on chat after payment, so they can proceed, which takes more time. Also, they ask for sending QR code on Alipay, which makes no sense. I already provided all account details when i placed my order. This is first time i got request like this, from all other exchangers there was no need for such a thing. This is not problem at all, i sended them QR code, but i just want to point this, because i dont see why they ask for that when there is already account number on order placed.

So, I cannot say that this was a bad transaction, because in the end, I received my money, I was not scammed or anything like that, but in the 21st century, especially in 2024, where everything is so fast, this is totally different than what I expected.

Maybe this is just in my case, but it’s an honest review.

I will not say anything wrong, since in the end the money is where it should be, but I will for sure use other exchangers before this for such transactions.
