The exchange has not completed my transaction even after more than 4 hours.
I contacted customer support to ask for an update on my request. They replied quickly and confirmed that they had received my transfer, but that the request was frozen due to their internal rules. When I asked them to cancel the request and issue a refund, they refused and stated again that they were unable to do this.

CryptoXchange has not provided any proof whatsoever of a transfer of funds to my payment details in relation to the order for which I filed this complaint. The “overpayment” argument that the CryptoXchange administrator insists on does not relate either to this exchange service in general or to this specific order, which the CryptoXchange administrator has themselves indirectly confirmed on multiple occasions.

No documentary evidence of any payment from CryptoXchange has been provided. As alleged proof, CryptoXchange previously submitted correspondence with customer support stating that my assets had been frozen. In refusing to fulfil its obligations under the transaction, CryptoXchange is effectively requiring me to make an extra payment in fiat currency to an unrelated exchange.
