On May 22, 2025, at 09:38, I paid for order in the amount of 310 USDT. According to ClickPay, the funds were supposed to be converted and sent via Wise to my account.

More than 24 hours have passed — the money has not been received. I’ve spent over 40 hours communicating, waiting, checking, and trying to resolve the issue. A process that should take no more than 5 minutes is still unresolved.

Moreover:

I was initially sent a screenshot claiming the payment was “sent,” but no money ever arrived.

Today, May 23, 2025 at 14:34, I was informed that the transaction was “returned,” but I haven’t received the crypto back either.

Support keeps asking me to “wait,” despite the order being fully confirmed.

Result: no fiat, no crypto. My funds are stuck.

I strongly do not recommend this exchange. They failed to fulfill their obligations, delayed the process, and showed a complete lack of responsibility.
