I did not have it written like that, it only said min fee: 8.5%! I did not have screen where it says 0.100LTC,

For the record you did the complete opposite that i wanted. It was nearly two weeks - yes two weeks - that you kept my money and i said do not follow through with the transaction because you failed with doing it in time. But whatever. Generic automated responses to tickets - had to complain on here to get any response... Awful service do not use
