I had several exchanges with Changex which have been completed on time. Last exchange from Payza to Payeer, however, had some delay but it was entirely due to the fact that Payza withdrawal transactions need to be on hold until the approval of their security service. Based on my previous positive experiences I highly recommend using Changex services.
