If you this information get from Payza support so it is false. Payza main team working from Canada and by Canada time. Support from India which don't have glue about procedures with exchangers. If you try ask them about exchangers they will said what we don't have.....
Also you can ask other exchangers which are official exchanger of Payza about how Payza works with exchangers and their procedures with Payza:
